This is the second and third articles in the series given by Kailasnath the Indian Pranic Healer.
Much confusion is happening regarding certain spiritual practices and experiences with respect to what realms (and beings) are really being accessed. There is already alot of discussion about the “false light” realms, out on the internet by leading researchers and experiencers. Some are saying that the “light at the end of the tunnel” in Near Death Experiences may be part of this false light paradigm to lure unsuspecting human souls back into the karmic recycling bin, when they really do not need to do this to become truly free.
I personally do not see this as a black or white picture, as there is obviously some relevance to “karma” from the perspective of sowing what one reaps so to speak. Even so, there is truth about realizing that certain behaviors, compulsions or thoughts are actually directed by another “agency” such as mind parasites, demons or an assortment of dark entities. I believe this is what Jesus meant when he stated, “Forgive them, for they know not what they do.” This is not to say that one shouldn’t take responsibility for their actions. They would be wise to take corrective healing and “clearing” measures to eliminate the real causes of the problems. At any rate, harmful behaviors and belief are usually done in ignorance of the supreme truths. From what I have gathered thus far in my own journey, there are truths and corruptions in all religions now, and so it’s up to the individual to develop discernment about all of this. Note here that there are several Sanskrit terms that describe various realms and mantras.
Here is the Post by Kailasnath on Illusory versus True Supreme Realms:
The 13 Illusory Worlds and the 14th True World of Supreme Energies.
This post is to clarify the difference between illusory worlds of Karma and the true worlds of enlightenment.
True yoga and spirituality takes one to the supreme realms. Tantra or magic gives the practitioner access to illusory worlds or ‘trance worlds’ that are often mistaken for higher realms. These are manifestations of spiritual ignorance (karma) that can confuse a being to believe it needs to reincarnate again, that it needs to evolve in this particular way alone etc.
The realm of true spiritual light must be distinguished from astral or mental realm light. If the being does not understand what karma truly is, the illusory worlds can entrap the being. Karma is a cage, a compartmentalised prison made of dense mind waves. As the realms go up, the hold of mind waves start to loosen up. But one does not have to take this path of step by step movement through the compartments. Through the right meditation and pure understanding, realize oneness with the Supreme realms. Oneness with supreme realms is the only true destroyer energy of karma and karmic prison worlds and the true liberator of all sentient beings.
7 Worlds (karmic worlds, illusory worlds) starting from physical upwards to true realms:
bhur – physical
bhuva – etheric
swaha – astral – higher astral
mahar – mental – higher mental
jana – intellect – spiritual intellect
tapa – soul – spiritual realm
Sathya – self – supreme realm – true realm that is not illusory realm ( realm of three supreme energies of golden, light and void realm)
7 Worlds downwards from physical (karmic, illusory worlds, however, denoting spiritual degradation)
atala – lower astral and lower mental realm
vitala – lower astral and lower mental realm
sutala – lower astral and lower mental realm
talatala – lower astral and lower mental realm
rasatala – lower astral and lower mental realm
mahatala – lower astral and lower mental realm
patala – lower astral , lower mental , negative pockets of negative energy pits in astral and lower mental.
The seven world downwards are all linked to astral—pockets of negative energy pits placed in astral world, generated by heavy negativity of practices like tantra and ritual magic.
Astral entities sometimes get trapped in such pits the experience of which is literally hell.
I believe such negative pockets of energy pits exist in the world we experience too… as traps for negative beings… experience in such places can exactly feel we are in hell…. this is why energy sensitivity and knowledge of psychic self defense and protection in the divine energy and divine light is a must.
**Nightmare is the experience of astral body interacting with such negative pits during astral travel..but the astral cord/silver cord always brings the astral body back from the dream experience in astral world)
These after life judgements are all part of negative realms – lower astral and lower mental. Lack of knowledge of the true supreme realm will give negative entities the last chance as they will try to convince the spirit that only way to true realm is through one by one development and movement through the 7 upward illusory worlds, thus entrap the being in karmic world again.
Knowledge of supreme realms and the divine energy realms is the true liberating force out of these compartmentalized prison worlds.
(Note : If you know Gayathri Mantra , there is the term Bhur Bhuva Swaha. These are not literal meanings of physical, etheric, astral, but instead is the seed sound or beeja mantra of Sahasra chakra (bhur bhuva swaha) and represents the three supreme realms – golden, void, and light realm. Om is the seed sound of Ajna chakra or 6th chakra, it is the vehicle which takes one to the supreme realms)
These are meditations that build spiritual strength, energetic immunity and divine protection. There are incorrect versions of these meditations in the internet, I suggest not to adopt those.
Practice the meditations and observe your healing results and spiritual level.
1st Meditation
1. Arul Perum Jyothi: This is an initiation procedure. Also given as a meditation by the immortal Tamil saint Ramalinga Vallalar. The initiation is called 1) Jnana Deekhsa or Ultimate Knowledge Initiation.
2) Also called Thiruvadi Deeksha or Divine Feet Initation.
3) Drishti Deeksha because it is given through the medium of sight.
The explanation and method are given below:
God within us resides in the pineal gland as the greatest light and highest blessing and the highest compassion and humanity. This meditation seeks to arouse the God within us in the pineal gland. The two eyes are said to be the two feet of God in the pineal gland. Thus the term Thiruvadi or Divine feet. Realizing this God within gives ultimate knowledge and truth of our being and thus the term Jnana Deeksha or Knowledge initiation.
The mantra for the meditation are given below:
“Arul Perum Jyothi (O’Light the Highest blessing of All)
Arul Perum Jyothi (O’Light the Highest blessing of All)
Thani Perum Karunai (Is The Compassion Inherent to Me)
Arul Perum Jyothi” (O’Light the Highest blessing of All)
Procedure:
Open your eyes look at a distant point four or five feet away. Bring mental focus to the exact center of brain, while your gaze remains fixed on the distant point. Keep eyes wide open as much as you can, as if you are observing a big brilliant light. Do not blink.
With focus on center of brain inside (the pineal gland), recite the mantra and keep reciting in a rhythm. Your eyes may start to itch or tears would come out and flow through. Allow this to happen until tears no longer come. This process achieves enormous spiritual and emotional body clearing and prepares the body for being filled with divine light.
Hands remain in the position described. Both palms rest on the lap with the back side of right palm on top of left palm. The palms are directing the energy to Swadishtana chakra or lower dan tien. As the meditation progresses, divine light energy fills and clears the Sushumna nadi through the Swadishtana chakra and moves up to the Sahasrara (pineal gland).
This light energy gets stored in the Swadhistana or lower Dan Tien and aids enormously in rapid healing and spiritual progress.
(There is a entirely wrong version of this meditation on the internet. Please do not adopt it. This is an initiation procedure that can be used as a meditation.)
2nd Meditation:
2. Hamsa Vidya
The penultimate achievement of yoga is the Samadhi state and its perfection. Perfection of Samadhi state must happen before Self Realization, the ultimate achievement of yoga. This is about voluntary making the body shift its consciousness from the breath-sustained physical body to the cosmic energy sustained etheric and astral and higher subtle bodies. Practice of Hamsa Vidya gives the realization that life does not depend on breath. It gives the experience of the soul, the immortal self. Those who achieve perfection in this practice of Samadhi or Hamsa Vidya are called Paramahamsa.
The method is simple. Observe your breath. Do not voluntarily take it. Simply observe with your eyes closed and see if you can identify in going and out going breath.
Now, when you feel inhalation is taking place, give the inhaling breath the sound of “Hammm” through out the duration of inhale. When you feel breathe is going out, give the exhale breath the mental sound of “Sammmm” throughout the duration. Never inhale or exhale voluntarily. Just do this for normal observed breath.
In few moments, you’ll see that the breathing is slowing down or is abruptly stopping. Remain in this state for as long as you want. Preferably be in this state for 45 minutes to one hour. You can do more if you please.
Hamsa Vidya also called Hang Saw technique in Tibetan circles achieves the oneness with subtle bodies and its awakening. This is the experience of Samadhi or Superconsiousness and the realization that cosmic energy sustains our true being.
3rd Meditation
3. Panchakshari Mantra meditation
Panchakshari Mantra is OM NAMA SHIVAYA (I HONOUR THE SUPREME LIGHT)
The method to do this is by assuming three points:
One on top of head touching the scalp, the other tip of the nose and other the root, i.e, the exact vertical centre coming down from first point touching where you sit.
This forms a triangle.
Now, begin at the topmost point and recite the mantra. Close your eyes.
Bring your focus to the tip of the nose. Recite the mantra again.
Next move your focus to the center of your base or root point and recite the mantra.
Come back to first point, repeat again.
Do this for 108 chants or recitations.
4th Meditation
4. Petal Opening Meditation
This meditation is used for awakening chakras fully by opening each of their petals. The meditation is done only for thirty six petals in rows of 12 three times, but the effect is received by all chakras even the chakras of people nearby you. For higher results, imagine while doing the meditation that you are in fact opening every petal of every energy lotuses (chakra) that are ever existing in all of the universe.
Visualize the universe as this meditation symbol and open all of its petals.
The method:
Take one petal from the innermost circle, the smallest petal group
In the left side give the mantra Om.
In the right side give the mantra Aim. (pronounced Ayim)
In the base line give the mantra Hreem.
Inside give the mantra Kleem.
In the space between the two petals to the next one, give the mantra Swaha.
Thus the entire mantra repetition would be Om Ayim Hreem Kleem Swaha.
Do these for 36 petals given in the picture, more rounds of higher and higher petals if you prefer.
5th Meditation
5. Shakthi Panchakshari meditation
Shakthi panchakshari mantra combines the male and female aspects of our energy body or kundalini and the spirit self.
Shakthi Panchakshari mantra is Om Hreem Nama Shivaya
Shakthi Panchakshari mantra is the most powerful mantra of all, more powerful than Panchakshari mantra due to its male-female balance.
Assume the points of your root or base center and the top of head.
From the bottom point, speak – “up” the mantra (mentally) to the crown or top of head. It should be as if you are driving the mantra up a channel that connects the base point to the crown.
Do this for 108 times minimum.
Kundalini awakening will occur in this meditation.
When kundalini joins the Sahasrara, you may feel a tingling sensation in top of your head or your body may start vibrating a little. Allow this to happen.
The longer you can make kundalini can stay in the Sahasrara the better. It will always come down after the union, which usually lasts a couple of seconds to few minutes. The better purity you achieve, the more will be the time of Kundalini-Sahasrara union.
6th Meditation
6. Shakthipath: interpreted in two ways – descent of divine power and also the path of power (upward movement of kundalini)
This is an initiation procedure as well, which involves 4 steps of breathing. Can be used as a meditation for spiritual progress :
Mantra used through out : Dwadashakshari mantra or 12 lettered mantra – OM NAMO BHAGAVATHE VASUDEVAYA…
(1) Below the normal breathing (also called pranayama – means lengthening the breath/prana)
Close eyes. Focus on third eye , eye brow center. Inhale the full length of the mantra Om Namo Bhagavathe Vasudevaya. Ideally 8-12 seconds..
Hold for a second.
Exhale the full length of the mantra Om Namo Bhagavathe Vasudevaya…8-12 seconds ideal… no need to push yourself
Do abdominal breathing. That is, draw inhale air not to your lungs but deep down to your abdomen. Expand abdomen when air fills in inhalation, contract fully on exhaling the air. Chest is not involved in the breathing at all.
Duration : 3 minutes.
Immediately switch to the next phase :
(2) Normal Breathing
From the mantra Om Namo Bhagavathe Vasudevaya borrow three words De Va Su..
(Attention always on the eye brow center)
Inhale the length of recitation of the three words De Va Su . This is normal breath and will take about 3 seconds.
Hold for a second.
(Abdominal breathing as always)
Exhale the length of the three words De Va Su…
Duration: 3 minutes.
Immediately switch to next phase
(3) Above the normal breathing
Borrow two words Va Su…
Inhale the length of Va Su..
One second hold.
Exhale the length of Va Su…
Abdominal breathing. The speed you will see will be double that of normal rate of breathing.
Duration : 3 minutes
(4) Exhaustive breathing (Kapalabhathi pranayam – breath of fire)
Use a single word for this – Su
Exhale continuously mentally reciting the word the word. The inhale would automatically go in. This is pumping type breathing.
Abdominal breathing. Attention on third eye. Lean forward a little gripping your knee cap to make this breath faster and easier..
Duration : 1 minute
Always remember the time for four phases of Shakthipath in the proportion 3: 3: 3: 1…
Kundalini would be awakened by now.
Rest for few minutes.
(Addition : Refer to very first interview and perform cord cutting procedure (way to break curses and spells) on your body and you surrounding objects and home and family members as well before doing this meditation…. this would ensure smoothness and lack of any negativity through out the entire process.
Not just this, for any meditation, to get full results, ensure that your body is clear of negative cords and energies.
7. Below is the subconscious programming method to unleash subconscious psychic defense. Please do not underestimate the power of this method because of its simplicity. (*Note: if the word/term programming is triggering for you use another term like intention.)
Programming method (very very powerful):
1. Just before sleeping, the moment you realize sleep is going to occur, do this procedure.
2. Close eyes, count from 1 to 33.
3. Say mentally “I program that my mind remove any and all harm done to me forever. I want any and all harm done to me to go away forever.. I program that I WILL NOT BE ATTACKED BY ANY NEGATIVE ENTITIES EVER.” (3 times)
4. Next, say ” I program that my mind keep this command in my memory and do EVERYTHING necessary to fulfill it”(3 times)
5. Next say with conviction, ” AS I WILL, SO BE IT!!” (3 times)
6. count down from 33 to 1 . Go to sleep immediately.
Do this for all days and make it a habit for your lifetime.
